Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vendoera, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services to help eCommerce businesses grow. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, we have specific refund and cancellation guidelines as outlined below:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered if services were not delivered as per the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • Refund requests must be made within 10-15 days from the date of service commencement.
  • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been executed, including ad spending, campaign management, content creation, or consulting sessions.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Once a marketing campaign has been launched or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
  • Any third-party costs (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, software subscriptions) are non-refundable.
  • Customized or personalized marketing strategies/services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can cancel their service subscription or project by providing 10-15 days written notice.
  • If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund (excluding administrative costs) may be issued.
  • If cancellation is requested after partial work has been delivered, refunds will be subject to our review and based on the work completed.
  • No cancellations will be accepted for services that have been fully delivered.
